Pullman Concept Room β User Manual
Pullman Concept Room is a connected in-room experience: a smart TV, a guest companion app on the phone, and back-office tools for hotel staff, all working together in real time.
This manual explains how to use each part of the system. Pick the guide that matches your role.

How the pieces fit
- The TV and the guest's phone pair with each other. After that, the phone acts as a remote and the TV follows what the guest does on the phone.
- TV Manager sees every installed TV β whether it is online, whether its screen is on β and can turn screens off and on remotely. Guest service requests sent from phones arrive here.
- CMS controls the content: movies and hotel services. Changes appear on TVs and phones right away.
- TVs install themselves the first time they start: the installer only types the room number.
Scope
Room devices such as lights, temperature, and Do Not Disturb are not managed by TV Manager. They will be handled by a separate IoT Room Manager.
